Delivery in the EU
We deliver to the 27 EU member states. Order processing and delivery are normally completed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate; we will contact you if a delay affects your order.
Orders ship from Berlin, Germany, or other EU warehouses depending on delivery location and available stock.
Shipping is free when the product subtotal after discounts is over €100. Orders with a subtotal of €100 or less cost €4.99 to ship. The final charge is shown before ordering.
Returns if you change your mind
Notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within 14 days of that notice. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Clearance prices do not remove your statutory rights.
For health or hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right may not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return once their seal has been broken. This exception does not remove rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. EuroRedoxShop covers return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We will arrange an appropriate remedy without restricting your statutory rights.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the goods and the standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the goods or proof of return are received. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee.
How to notify us
Email your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model below; using it is optional. Contacting us for return instructions does not make withdrawal dependent on our approval.
